What is U-Schos?
The UCSI Scholars’ Circle (U-Schos) is made up of scholarship awardees of UCSI University Trust, whose achievements demonstrate a sustained level of excellence in academics, sports and extra-curricular activities.
As the name suggests, the alphabet “U” indicates UCSI University whereas “Schos” refers to Scholarship Awardees. The symbolic feather icon of U-Schos represents a scholar on UCSI’s wings who best exudes UCSI University’s aspirations.
In-line with our motto Youth Beyond Boundaries, we progress towards empowering potential young leaders by providing them a platform to strive to greater heights beyond boundaries as we believe every youth has the capabilities to be successful.

About UCSI University Trust
Founded in 2008, the UCSI University Trust or Yayasan Universiti UCSI was helmed by Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Mohd Karim Hj. Abdullah Omar and members of the Board of Trustees consist of Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. Abdul Rahman Arshad, Chancellor of UCSI University, Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Musa Mohamad, Chairman of the UCSI University Council, Dato’ Peter Ng, Founder of UCSI University and Chairman of UCSI Group and Senior Professor Dato’ Dr Khalid Yusoff, Vice-Chancellor and President of UCSI University. .
Working hand in hand with UCSI University to realise its main objectives, the Trust is committed to provide scholarships and research grants to deserving students and other worthy initiatives. RM65 million have been given out to more than 2700 students through various scholarships – like the Tan Sri Ahmad Razali Merit Scholarship Award, UCSI University Trust Scholarship, UCSI University Trust A-Level Scholarship and UCSI University Trust Pre-U Scholarship – and a sports bursary to help them pursue tertiary education at UCSI University.
