ULLS 2017-Humanitarian Conference: Empowering Lives Through Humanitarian Initiatives

This year U-Schos will be organising the 5th ULLS themed “Empowering Lives Through Humanitarian Initiatives”, a humanitarian conference aims to provide an inspiring platform for our young generation:

  • to raise awareness on humanitarian issues happening in Malaysia
  • to inspire and encourage participants to take action to address existing social issues
  • to get first hand knowledges from the experienced experts in the humanitarian fields
  • to gather like-minded individuals and organisations to brainstorm on sustainable solutions that will help to address humanitarian issues in Malaysia.

This conference is also organised in conjunction with Humanitarian Week “Behind My Smile”, a week-long events and activities highlighting humanitarian affairs in Malaysia. Organised jointly with three other youth organisations, ie Hands of Hope Malaysia, Refuge For The Refugees and The Good Tavern, other activities of Humanitarian Week are Poverty Escape Simulation, Musical Concert and Social Market.
